Goal of the event:
The objective of this activity was to show a normal afternoon of a blind person how is like and to interact between the Erasmus students so they can know each other while having a fun afternoon together
Short description of the event:
The activity Blind Speed Dating took place on 22 March at the Provencal Market in Valencia. We met at 20:45 with the Erasmus students. When they arrived we covered their eyes with bandages and sat down in front of each other to start talking and getting to know each other. We distributed stickers with names of famous people, so with that they could also talk about each character and, at the end of the game, relate the person to the character, because they did not know the real name of the person with whom they spoke during the event .The conversations lasted 10 minutes and we were rotating to be able to talk to teveryone.
How did your event go?:
We all have a great time, besides we opened our minds and we can, for a while, feel what a blind person feels 24 hours a day.
