Description
Aim of the event:
  • Promote mobility
  • Raise Awareness
  • Make ESN Accessible
Goal of the event:
The main goal of this event was experiencing how different or more intense tastes are when we can't see what we are eating. And ofcourse capture the feelings and thoughts that go through our mind.
Short description of the event:
Exchange students and local esners lost their vision for about two or three hours. We had our eyes tied with scarfs and from that time on we tried to understand how different a sense is working by losing another one. As the participants were sitting with their eyes closed they were given by another esner in front of them a variety of ingredients that were placed in small bowls. They tried to find them, then they picked up one by one, tasted it and guessed what they thought it was. In the end participants were asked about their thoughts and feelings.
How did your event go?:
In my opinion the event went well, our participants were excited experiencing someting so different. The one thing I would improve for the next time is having a bigger variety of tastes so that it'll be more interesting.
