Goal of the event:
We tried to understand that people are Down syndrome are not different from us. We are similar like each other. Make the down cafe our usual cafe like others. so we did it
Short description of the event:
We had a point of meeting day before. We went to the Down cafe with our members. No one understand what is going on and what are we doing at the beginning. Because there was some group of people came for a celebration, birthday party and more. But what we trying to do and explain to our friend is Down cafe is not the only place that you can make some events. You can make it usual and go there with your friend for a cup of coffee, read a book, make your homework or dont have anything to do. If you get bored of sitting at the home so you can go there and chat with people like other cafes. We realize that it's cooler than normal cafes.
How did your event go?:
It was perfect time before the midterm exams. We had such a great time and have fun. It's our tradition to go there at least two times. everyone enjoyed the time.
