Goal of the event: 
To promote international mobilities available to students with disabilities; to identify the issues they face when deciding about an international mobility. to interact with students with disability and to find their stories in order to communicate how can we help them.
Short description of the event: 
We were 12 persons, 2 ESN volunteers and 10 students with disability and without. The event was organized in collaboration with Students with Disability Office from Babes-Bolyai University here in Cluj. The participants were students at all 3 level of studies (bachelor, master, doctorate). During the event we discussed about the steps needed in order to apply for a mobility, financial aspects, other issues they face when they want to travel. We had the support of the University in organizing the event, and we will have this type of discussion each time the Erasmus scholarship will be open for students. Some of them were already in international mobility, so they shared the experience and encourage the other to do so.
How did your event go?: 
the event went well, we had a cozy environment, we discuss about their issues when traveling, how to prepare the papers, where to go in order to obtain an advice, how was my experience, how can ESN help them before during and after the mobility. They are open to help us to map the University according to the level of accessibility.

How did they contribute to your event?: 
just participants, share their thoughts, ideas, opinions. Most of them were really happy to see us, to receive the information, to study abroad. They saw the video from the Ambassador of EA (your website) and were impressed. In the end, they considered the information and the talk useful, and look forward to meet us at another event during spring.
