Goal of the event:
To raise awareness about dissabilities by visiting a museum completely accessible, with a sensorial exposition and art made by people with dissabilities. By promoting this type of art we wanted to promote and raise awareness.
Short description of the event:
The event was done in a museum of the Fonce association wich is the national organization of spanish blind people. The Fonce museum is a museum that everyone can enjoy the art that is there exposed can be touched and is made so blind people can have the same art experience. We had a guide that explained us what the association works for and that took us through the museum explaining us the different parts of it. One of the rooms of the exposition of the museum had models of international buildings and monuments. The erasmus could touch them and try to guess wich ones they were with the eyes closed. The afternoon ended with a late snack where we could discuss what they enjoyed the most from the museum.
How did your event go?:
Erasmus liked it and it was a good and different experience.
