Goal of the event:
To raise awareness about diseases by posting pictures, informations regarding the disease.
To reach our community and persuade them to take action for volunteering for the associations related to the diseases and at least supporting these.
Short description of the event:
In the beginning of the ExchangeAbility Week we searched for some creative projects and decided to raise awareness about not-so-heard diseases and diabilities. So, we chose Down syndrome, Tourette sydnrome, Cerebral Palsy and Epidermolysis bullosa. We posted every day through our social media channels about these diseases, contacted some assosications. In the posts, there were general information about the them and also we suggest our followers what they can do to raise awareness among the society and also to where they can make donations. In the end of this week, we asked our Erasmus students whether our project reached to its target.
How did your event go?:
İt really did well. We believed that we raised awareness. After showing the posts, our Erasmus studens asked us about the diseases shared their thoughts and said that they didn't know so much regarding them
