Description
Aim of the event:
  • Raise Awareness
Goal of the event:
Team building but also raise awareness to all ESN'ers at our national platform. It is also ment to learn that it is possible to do things with a disability which you don't realise
Short description of the event:
I had some chairs in a room and said to them to stand on the chairs. Then I randomly gave them a number. Then they got the task to go in line with there number from 1-... and they coud not talk neighter leave a chair empty or walk on the ground. At the end I asked them some questions about what they learned and there was no response, so then I explained them
the conclusion at the end depend on what you want them to understand but yes generally the questions are: what happened? was it hard? how was your communication? how did you realize/agree what to do? The goal was for them to learn that regardless of the language we speak (and in is case, none!), we have to find a way to understand each other and fight or work towards the same direction. Here, we wanted them to know that they are not alone. Regardless of the distance (in chairs or real life), they can and should find ways to communicate and help each other and help us build a strong team
How did your event go?:
In the beginning I didn't told it what was the purpose and I don't got a response from the ESN'ers at the end. So I needed them to explain what was the goal, so maybe tease them in the beginning more.
