Goal of the event: 
The goal was to present ExchangeAbility to the participnats, explain its aims and describe MappED! before mapping the university.
The main goal was to inform ESNers about ExchangeAbility and motivate them to organize events in their sections.
Short description of the event: 
First of all we described ExchangeAbility, how and why the project was created and its goals : awarness, promotion of mobility and mapping.

After that we answerd questions and finally we described MappED! and how to map a place.
We also described Jaccede which was our partner for this workshop. The association provided tools and guidelines for the mapping.
After these presentations, we went out to map some of the university's buildings.

they were split into 3 groups, one of them mapping the plenaries building, another one was into the student's association building and the third one was outside mapping around and one of the libraries.
How did your event go?: 
Well, the participants were very involved and asked many questions.
They also used what was around them to map even if I didn't proposed them to : using office chairs as wheelchairs etc.
Finally they made comments about the app.

How did they contribute to your event?: 
One of the participants was in a wheelchair, all of the other participants were asking her how was she feeling and if for her it was accessible. She was the perfect example fort hem because the others were more aware of her difficulties.
