Goal of the event:
The goal of the event was to promote mobility,as it was a party to celebrate the end of the ExchangeAbility Week, to raise awareness,as it was in the most accessible cafe/bar of the center of Athens and to make ESN more Accessible by showing to other section how easy is to organise accessible events.
Short description of the event:
We organised the most accessible party of the year.In order to celebrate the end of the ExchangeAbility Week we prepared the best and most accessible party of the year. It was at a cafe/bar called " Fabrica Athens" ,which is a 100% accessible place. We had the best price deals for as to make it more attractive to all the ESNers and Erasmus students.The goal of the event was to promote mobility,as it was a party to celebrate the end of the ExchangeAbility Week, to raise awareness,as it was in the most accessible cafe/bar of the center of Athens and to make ESN more Accessible by showing to other section how easy is to organise accessible events.
How did your event go?:
It was ok,though the day and the time was wrong for such an event. The event started at 11 because of the cafe/bar ,which changed the time of the event the previous day.
