Goal of the event:
The goal was to map two schools of the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco and become aware, as well as the school directors, if they were accessible or not for people with disabilities.
Short description of the event:
The activity consisted of mapping the Superior School of Applied Arts and the Superior School of Technology, two of the six schools of the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco and becoming aware if they are accessible or not for people with any type of disabilities.
In order to do the mapping one of the ESNers participating accessed the mapped.eu website in her smart phone and then we walked around the schools answering the questions in the website.
This is an event that is not entirely over once we intent to map the rest of the schools of this Polytechnic Institute in a near future.
How did your event go?:
It went well, the website was easy to understand, so the mapping is rather easy and quick to do
